As All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day approached, cemeteries and graveyards across the country were bathed in candlelight. LRT.lt photographer Justinas Stacevičius captured a sea of memorial flames at the capital's Rasai cemetery.
On All Saints' Day, Polish cemeteries transform into extraordinary places – filled with silence, reflection, and a unique glow. At night, when darkness envelops the paths and the graves are illuminated by thousands of flames, necropolises become symbols of memory and the community of generations.
Temporary traffic restrictions are expected near the Vilnius Cemetery during the All Souls' Day weekend, and public transport schedules will temporarily change in the country's major cities.
