CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Cheyenne police have charged a local convenience store employee with felony theft of cash and merchandise at the alleged encouragement of a man posing as a YouTube influencer. Shy-Ray M. Strickland is suspected of stealing more than $7,400 in cash and merchandise from the store. She is presumed innocent until she pleads or is found guilty.
