On Friday 5 June, apprentice engineers from the Icam of Strasbourg shipped a kebab to the stratosphere, at an altitude of more than 30,000 metres. The operation, entitled "Space kebs", is conducted with the support of the agency Knack Line and the restaurant Kebs Baba. The experiment, to say the least unusual, aims to recover and analyze flight data such as temperature, pressure or humidity.
