- NBC will broadcast the Warriors-Lakers season opener on Oct. 21 at Crypto.com Arena, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.
- The matchup marks the third Opening Night duel between LeBron James, Lakers forward, and Stephen Curry, Warriors point guard, since 2021-22, with Curry’s Warriors winning both previous meetings.
- In its first NBA coverage since the 2002 NBA Finals, NBC will feature the Lakers-Warriors opener as the second game of a double-header, per ESPN’s Shams Charania.
