Dr. Abbas Sharaki, Professor of Water Resources and Geology at Cairo University, said that Ethiopia's announcement of the third filling of the Renaissance Dam is a waste of all international standards and laws in a way that threatens international peace and security. Sharqi stressed that Ethiopia has violated the terms of the agreement of principles of the Renaissance Dam project over the past years, noting that the announcement does not
