CLOQUET — Boy Scout Troop 171 retired tattered U.S. flags Sunday, Nov. 9, at Veterans Park. The flags were burned, which is the preferred method of retirement under U.S. flag code. The burn barrel was made by a former Troop 171 Eagle Scout. The Cloquet Combined Honor Guard assisted with the ceremony. ]]>
