SKIPPACK — A 56-year-old inmate died in his cell at the State Correctional Institution at Phoenix. Charles Hensley, deputy superintendent of SCI Phoenix, reported that inmate Gerald Rodarmel was found unresponsive in his cell on Wednesday, Dec. 4.
