The Rust team has released a new version of Rust. With the 1.91.0 edition of the programming language, 64-bit ARM systems under Windows are promoted to the highest Tier-1 level. Since the Rust compiler supports a variety of targets, but the Rust team cannot offer the same level of support for everyone, the developers use a three-part tier system.
