A Russian drone strike sparked a massive fire at an Evangelical church in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region after Moscow attacked the town of Balakliia twice in one day.
Strikes on the city continued one after another, with the second strike burning a church. On May 23, Russian troops again attacked Balakliya in the Kharkiv region. The strike damaged the building of the "Light of the Gospel" church, an apartment building, and private buildings, according to RBC-Ukraine, citing Vitaly Karabanov, head of the Balakliya city military administration.
