TECATE, DECEMBER 1, 2025.- In the framework of the 26th Extraordinary Session of the Board of Government of the Municipal Institute of Art and Culture of Tecate (IMACTE), Mayor Román Cota Muñoz led the taking of protest of Rocío Martínez Gómez as the new director general of the Institute, reaffirming the commitment of the Government of Tecate to the cultural identity and artistic development of the municipality.
