Prime Minister Rishi Sunak of Britain acknowledged Friday that he had been fined by police for not wearing a seat belt after he posted an Instagram video of himself riding in a car without one. Sunak’s office said he would pay the penalty but did not disclose the amount. “The prime minister fully accepts this was a mistake and has apologized,” Sunak’s office said in a statement. “He will of course comply with the fixed penalty.”
