Ryanair Warned It Cannot Refuse Boarding with Physical Boarding Passes

Ryanair must refrain from preventing the boarding of passengers with confirmed reservations who do not have a digital boarding pass, as well as from imposing fees for the use of the physical boarding pass, according to ANAC – the National Civil Aviation Authority.
