Rapist was living in Hanley Park after ending up homeless

Summary by Ground News
David Bailey, 27, was convicted of rape in 2014 and placed on sex offenders' register. He attended Longton Police Station on February 7 to register his address as no fixed abode and was told he would have to return every seven days.
