Quick, deadly coral disease the target of new NOAA plan

Summary by Ground News
Stony coral tissue loss disease is running rampant through 22 different coral species in Florida waters and throughout the Caribbean. A new plan rolled out this week by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is meant to help scientists better understand the disease.
