Questions raised about safety of Old Montreal building destroyed by fatal fire
Witnesses raise questions about the safety of the heritage building in Old Montreal. Four bodies have been found and three people are missing. The owner blamed a tenant for creating a risk of fire in the building in 2012. The building was built in 1890 and originally housed the offices of a flour company.
