Quebec declares state of emergency, may increase aid after landslide in Saguenay

Public Security Minister Genevieve Guilbault signed a decree allowing Saguenay to extend the emergency. About 187 residents had been relocated from their homes in the neighbourhood after a landslide destroyed a house.
