Putin says Russia not seeking war but 'if Europe wants to fight, we are ready'
- On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the VTB "Russia Calling" Investment forum in Moscow that Russia does not want a war with European powers but is ready if Europe starts one.
