Proposals to make two of Kirkwall’s busiest streets vehicle-free during peak hours are now open for final public comment. The plans, which would restrict vehicle access to Albert Street and Bridge Street daily between 11am and 3pm, and again late at night, are being shared for final public scrutiny following months of consultation.
