- Arriving on November 7, Modi will flag off one Vande Bharat train and virtually launch three, inspecting security and crowd-control measures at Varanasi Railway Station, as directed by Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal.
- Built by Chennai-based Integral Coach Factory, the trains include the Ernakulam–Bengaluru route connecting IT hubs and the Banaras–Khajuraho link connecting Vindhyachal and Chitrakoot, boosting tourism and regional economies.
