VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - It's official! A second Trader Joe's grocery store is coming to Virginia Beach. The company posted on its website that it is opening a store in Town Center, at 220 Constitution Drive. It's going in the former Bed, Bath & Beyond site, in Columbus Village.
