PG&E takes 17 months to fix gas leak -- then breaks water pipe during repairs

Kristine Coglitore was alerted to the smell of natural gas in January of last year. PG&E sent a crew out with a sniffer, but deemed the risk as minimal. The crew accidentally broke the water pipe while fixing the gas line. PG-E agreed to reimburse Cog litore for the repair three days after we contacted them.
