Palmerston North police station burglar steals from another police station

Summary by Ground News
Alan James Harris pleaded guilty in the Levin District Court in July to a range of charges, including the burglary of the Levin police station. He was high on methamphetamine when he jumped the back fence of the Church St station, walked in through an open garage door, kicked down a door and took 26 guns of various kinds, ammunition and cannabis from the exhibits room. He distributed the guns and ammunition to associates, but police managed to recover them. Harris was deported from Australia to New Zealand in 2016 as a 501 deportee, despite living most of his life across the ditch.
