In Greece, it is "the" politico-financial scandal that is currently agitating public opinion. European prosecutor seeks indictment of 13 in OPEKEPE subsidy fraud case
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office has recommended the indictment of 13 individuals in connection with a subsidy fraud case involving the Greek agricultural payments agency OPEKEPE in the Fthiotida region.
During her speech, the prosecutor pointed out that the specific lands were never leased and were never used for agricultural purposes by the defendants.
