Chief Photographer or McDonald's Dry Cook?
The state of California increased the minimum wage for food service employees to $20 an hour. If you live in the Golden State, you can land a job at McDonald’s making French fires, for $20 bucks and hour. Or, you could take a job with the impressive title of Chief Photographer at Nexstar’s KGET in Bakersfield and make $17.50 an hour. You would think that Nexstar would be embarassed by this, but believe me, they’re not.
