ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10)--- Proposition One is a complicated measure, centered around the Olympic winter sports facility, Mount Van Hoevenberg in Essex County. It passed with just more than 45% of the vote, 150-thousand more yays than nays.  The measure bringing previous expansions at the site into state compliance, and allowing for 2,500 acres of new land to be purchased to expand the Adirondack Preserve.
