Andrew Donaldson confirmed as permanent Chief Executive for Halton Borough Council

Elected members of the Council confirmed the appointment of a permanent Chief Executive at their meeting on 3 December. This follows a recommendation made by the Council’s Appointments Committee for Andrew Donaldson to be appointed to the role, following a rigorous and competitive recruitment process.
