The national arrival of Sinterklaas is on Texel this year, reports the NTR. Sinterklaas arrives on the Wadden Island on Saturday 15 November. Merel Westrik will present the Sinterklaasjournaal again this year.
National Sinterklaas arrival party to be on Texel this year
Sinterklaas will make his national arrival on Texel this year, arriving on November 15, NTR announced. It is the first time in over 40 years that the national arrival party will happen on a Wadden Island. The previous time was on Terschelling in 1984, NOS reports.
