The Division of Cardiology recognized the need to offer heart care expertise in underserved neighborhoods of Chicago. Lurie Children's mobile health unit continues to be a priority at Lurie Children's ensuring that even more underserved areas in the Chicagoland area can benefit from this convenience and service.
During the week of November 17-22, 2025, we will provide general and specialized medical care to 146,342 families in 2,578 neighborhoods and communities across the country through 1,420 Health Fairs and Mobile Clinics.
