A MILFORD HAVEN man has been fined after admitting failing to attend an initial assessment following a positive Class A drug test. Mark Brummitt, 45, of Robert Street, Milford Haven, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (Nov 13).
