Caroline Co. duplex fire under investigation

GREENSBORO, Md. – An investigation is underway following a duplex fire in Caroline County Saturday morning. Crews were called to 113 Mill Street in Greensboro at around 9:15 a.m. for a reported structure fire involving a duplex with two units. The sole occupant of one of the units was able to escape off of the roof with the help of a neighbor with a ladder. That occupant was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation.
