- Ecclestone and the governing bodies asked the court to dismiss the claim, with Mr Ecclestone, the FIA and Formula One Management arguing it was brought too late to the High Court in London.
- His legal team is asking for a full trial to test the allegations, seeking declarations regarding FIA conduct and potential adjustment of results while claiming damages for loss of earnings and sponsorship.
