MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va. — Marshall County authorities said a man was arrested after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and then ran from police. James Wood was taken into custody in Ohio Friday afternoon after the alleged assault at the AAA Trailer Park in Moundsville.
