NORTH ANDOVER, MA - Andrés Marrero scored a career-high 23 points to lead the Merrimack men's basketball team to a 68-66 win over Rider in the MAAC opener for both teams, Thursday at Lawler Arena. Marrero, a grad student in his first year with the Warriors, made 9-of-14 field goals and 4-of-9 three-pointers to lead all scorers.
