Manulife Nabs HSBC’s Former Asia CFO

Insurer Manulife has hired a 30-year veteran and HSBC’s former finance chief for Asia Pacific. Manulife has appointed Ming Lau as chief financial officer (CFO), Asia, according to a statement, effective May 2026. In the role, he will report to global CFO Colin Simpson.
