Manhattan woman accused of battering officer during Friday arrest
A Manhattan woman was arrested Friday evening following a report involving criminal damage, drug paraphernalia and the battery of a police officer. Riley County Police filed the initial report around 5:26 p.m. Nov. 14 in the 500 block of Manhattan Avenue.
