Man attempts to hijack car by displaying gun

A man approached a Wheaton resident April 13 on the 100 block of Forest Avenue. She was seated in her 2019 Mazda SUV. He knocked on the window and showed a firearm. He told the victim to exit her car, but she drove off. No loss was reported.
