Wilson Leonel Vásquez Arévalo, 32, was arrested after having run over a cyclist while driving a motorcycle with 154° of alcohol in his body, as confirmed by the alcotest test. The incident occurred at kilometer 66 of the Longitudinal del Norte road, in the municipality of Nueva Concepción, Chalatenango Centro.
