A man was jailed for failing to pay bail on charges of attempted murder, weapons violations, and aggravated damages for an incident reported in April in Guayama.
The prosecution filed charges this Friday against a 40-year-old man, who allegedly fired on a residence in Guayama on 26 and 28 April.
