Loyal and long-serving DUP MLA, William Irwin has announced his decision to step down as a member of the Northern Ireland Assembly. In a letter addressed to members this morning (December 4), Chief Executive of the Democratic Unionist Party (DUP), Timothy Johnston announced the MLA’s decision.
