Their bid to redraw fare Zone 6 comes ahead of a plan to charge drivers of the most polluting vehicles £12.50 per day if they cross the Greater London boundary. At the moment, Watford's London Underground and London Overground stations fall in zones 7 and 8, and a special fares area.
