LLOYD — Town of Lloyd Police have arrested six people on charges ranging from domestic violence to weapon possession between July 8 and July 13. Gerson Payes, 31, of Highland was arrested July 9 and charged with second-degree strangulation, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and third-degree coercion following a domestic dispute.
