LC State holds graduation ceremony at Orofino prison, 40 students earn degrees in 2026

OROFINO, ID — Lewis-Clark State College held a commencement ceremony Thursday at the Idaho Correctional Institution in Orofino, awarding degrees to incarcerated students as part of its growing Prison Education Program. A total of 22 students received degrees during the Orofino ceremony, including four bachelor’s degrees and 18 associate degrees.
