Latin Resources (LRS) has recorded exceptional metallurgy results with its ongoing testwork on drill core at its Salinas lithium project in Brazil. Results of the test work showed simple heavy liquid separation (HLS) was able to recover an average of 80.5 per cent of the lithium oxide (Li2O) into a concentrate grading a very high average of 6.30 per cent Li2O. The company reported that crush size doubled to 12.5 millimetres, with recoveries and grades remaining high.
