A Lake Station man has been sentenced to four years in the Indiana Department of Correction after pleading guilty to sexual misconduct with a 15-year-old victim, according to a Lake County judge’s order. Francisco Manuel Silva, 50, entered a guilty plea in June to one count of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 5 felony.
