Judge OKs Groups’ Intervention In Lake Erie Clean Up Plan Lawsuit

TOLEDO, OH – Lake Erie Waterkeeper, Food & Water Watch, and Waterkeeper Alliance have been approved to intervene in a federal lawsuit in Ohio District Court, Board of Lucas County Commissioners et al. v.
