János Lázár: The better for Ukraine, the worse for Hungarians

János Lázár, Minister of Construction and Transport, held a public forum in Sarkadon on Tuesday. The minister spoke about Ukraine's EU accession, the relationship between the Tisza Party and EU funds, support for small and medium-sized enterprises, and the reduction of utility bills. The Lázár Forum took place in front of the local Bartók Béla Cultural Center on April 15, 2025.

“If anyone was detained by NER, it was Péter Magyar and Judit Varga, not me, who milked the cow in Mezőhegy,” said Minister Sarkadon.

The minister also believes that "whoever votes for the Tisza Party votes for Ukraine."

According to the minister, Ukraine's EU membership is not good for Hungary.
