After a little more than seven years of operations, the Distillerie Puyjalon de Havre-Saint-Pierre closes its doors. The team behind the Betchwan gin, the St-Charles whisky and the Cayenne beer announced the end of its activities for several factors. Despite years of effort, innovation and passion dedicated to the development of the terroir of the Côte-Nord in its products, the current context will have been right of the Distillerie Puyjalon.
