Hot Springs police officer, his wife, both charged following alleged domestic incident | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

HOT SPRINGS -- A Hot Springs police sergeant and his wife were arrested Tuesday night after each of them said they had been slapped in the face by the other at their home, according to a news release from the city Police Department.
