Holland man jailed, suspected of shooting that left 2 injured

Police have arrested a 48-year-old Holland man suspected of a shooting that injured two other men earlier this month.

Andrew Louis Harper was arraigned Monday on charges. Ottawa County investigators have since reported a second victim sustained gunshot wounds in the incident earlier this month.
