Housing construction can also be done quickly, as a project on the former circus grounds in Hilversum proves. Two years after the initial plan, construction has now begun on 379 social housing units. "What's a real plus is that, fortunately, no objections were filed by local residents. Otherwise, it could have taken years longer," says official responsible for the project, Jaron Grünfeld.
